Tim Black created a black board design referencing Sol LeWitts instructional wall pieces for ISM Objects showroom. This project draws together a web of practice and personal interests including rule-based design approaches, conceptual art, urban form, and the geometry of conformal mappings. We are proud to announce that the Hi-pod component of Tower Turnaround won an Architectural Award in the recent 2012 Victorian Architectural Awards. Also, Simon Knott with Stuart Harrison won the Bates Smart Award for Architecture in the Media for the ABC TV episodes Good, Bad or Ugly.

Simon Knott in his role as co-creator and co-host of 3RRR Radio show ‘The Architects’ has been selected, as one of six teams, to represent Australia at the 2012 Venice Architecture Biennale. The biggest and most prestigious world architecture event will provide an opportunity to celebrate seven years of broadcasting one of the only weekly radio shows in the world dedicated to Architecture.
