The Austral Design Studio was developed to allow the client to fully engage with a small but influential demographic of architects, designers and high-end design project clients, and in doing so establish a clear position for Austral as a market leader and innovator within the industry. The studio encompasses a showroom and function space which reflect the aspirations of Austral and its target market for the design centre, positioned aesthetically more towards the ‘gallery’ typology as opposed to the existing ‘product selection centre’ design of their Lynbrook centre.
