A 27 level tower that is designed to be either commercial tenancies, residential apartments or a combination of both. The tower is sited on the edge of the city grid and responds to the iconic location of the Yarra River through the use of orthogonal geometric structure, subverted through a randomized pattern. Non-linear forms ‘explode’ from the façade and primary colour is used to accentuate the interior spaces.
