This project is part of a government initiative through which four architectural practices were commissioned to design eight affordable and sustainable houses. These designs are to be licensed to the volume home building market. ‘House 3’, a collaboration between BKK Architects and Third Skin, aims to achieve an architecturally elegant design that is both affordable and environmentally responsive. The design also incorporates ‘access for all’ and ‘design for life’ principles.
