BKK were selected by Australia’s largest private developer and contractor, Grocon, to lead their successful bid for Footscray’s McNab Avenue Development, located adjacent to the Footscray Central Activities District. BKK worked closely with the Victorian State Government’s urban design and development Agency, Places Victoria (VicUrban), to develop a masterplan for the site. This mixed use development will incorporate a range of residential, corporate, retail, and community based functions including a childcare centre, community kitchen, gymnasium and flexible WOHO living/working spaces.
