St Kilda Public Toilets

Within a gritty, urban context, these stand alone structures serve the needs of a public toilet facility, as well as elevate a utilitarian facility to an object of architectural interest and site specific relevance. The toilets are to be located on the footpath within an existing boulevard of trees, positioned to allow a free flow of busy foot traffic, but vertically scaled to signal their existence amongst the myriad of signage and streetscape clutter.
