Bettina Liano Chadstone

Bettina Liano sought to revitalise its fashion brand through the launch of a flagship store. Of importance was the potential for the store design to be implemented throughout Australia and overseas. The project references historic precedents such as Art Nouveau, The Moderne and Art Deco as these were identified as key ‘markers’ for the clothing design strategy. These precedents are reinterpreted and reinvigorated in a manner that reflects the aspirations of the brand whilst also acknowledging the contemporary context of the shopping centre.
